Notes feature against NC150/Blind75 list for 2 line summary

feature req 1: consider adding Notes feature against NC150/Blind75 list for editable 2 line summary. This will help to recollect thoughts on a specific problem instantly.
similar to the blind75 spreadsheet Notes section, but instead the user should be able to add notes(maybe like a editable pop up) on https://neetcode.io/practice. It will help user because, user will have different approaches and it will be easier collect thoughts if its written in their own words. I have added a screenshot below, of what I would imagine it would be.

feature req 2: consider adding revision counter, representing how many times we have done this question. This would naturally follow with a ability to segregate diff problem into custom lists, eg) easy, medium, revise, specificInterviewList etc. so that we can consider diff question according diff priority lists. I have added the “revision counter”, in the screenshot attached. Didnt add lists to it.
